Job Description Summary:

The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team is looking for a motivated analyst to support People (Human Resources)/Corp BU. This role is responsible for preparing the financial budget, monthly financials and communicating to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will be an inquisitive self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high-growth and fast-paced environment and hands-on FP&A experience in a corporate environment.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the month/quarter-end close process: prepare accruals, reclass journal entries, ensure accurate financial results and provide variance analysis.Prepare monthly financial review packages for business partners in order to review Opex, Headcount and discuss variances and update forecasts.Execute on a wide breadth of financial processes on an ongoing and periodic basis including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation.Act as the primary finance reviewer for all PO and contract requests. Need to work closely with business partners to ensure spend is within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Accounting, Procur-to-Pay, Finance transformation.Support FP&A team to continuously improve, and implement new processes to streamline, standardize and automate repeatable work.Develop in-depth understanding of the business to proactively identify key business drivers.Ad-hoc analysis & projects as needed to support business needs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field.

You will bring

2-3 years of relevant work experience (experience in FP&A or high growth companies preferred).Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Google Sheets with ability to build reports and dashboards.Experience utilizing ERP financial system such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or Anaplan.Strong financial acumen, understanding of accounting principles and key business drivers.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to build relationships internally and externally, interfacing at all levels.Positive and collaborative attitude, patience to support non-finance professionals.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $43400 to $111980.
