This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who has a proven track record in trial litigation, particularly in the fields of commercial litigation and product liability. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience and will be responsible for handling all aspects of a case, from inception through trial.Responsibilities:Handling a wide range of complex litigation matters, including commercial litigation and product liability cases.Drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and conducting discovery.Preparing for and conducting trials, including jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross-examination of witnesses, and closing arguments.Managing all aspects of a case, from inception through trial, with minimal supervision.Providing high-quality legal advice to clients and ensuring that all actions taken in a case serve the client's best interests.Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Staying abreast of current trends and developments in trial litigation to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A current license to practice law in the state.A minimum of three years' experience in trial litigation, with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation and product liability.Exceptional legal writing skills, with a proven ability to draft and argue complex motions.Extensive experience in law and motion practice.Proven trial experience, with a successful track record of handling cases from inception through trial.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.A high degree of professionalism and a strong ethical standing.If you are an ambitious and dedicated professional who is ready to take the next step in your career, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
