Global 100; the Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of patent litigation including written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking, and preparation.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of patent litigation experience.Background in electrical engineering, computer science, and/or life sciences.Excellent academic credentials and strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Self-motivated and flexible.Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred.Must be admitted in New York.
The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $235,000 - $365,000. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short-term disability, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long-term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance, and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
