Client Mobility Solutions Specialist

reporting to Aires

WCRO region .This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to support the client HR Business Partners with the administration of their mobility program via Aires.Position Responsibilities:

Handles transferee requests and facilitates issue resolution.Supports the client HR Business Partners with mobility program administration.Acts as the primary point of contact for mobility-related tickets and inquiries under mobility team member guidance.Provides clear and timely policy consultation and move information to relocating transferees.Collaborates with HRBPs to create a seamless mobility experience.Creates and maintains documentations, guides, and resources related to the mobility process.Ensures that all up-to-date information is accessible to transferees and internal stakeholders.Attends client meetings via video conferences, as applicable.Contributes to process and efficiency improvements.Assists in data collection and reporting.Leverages client internal technology & equipment to service transferees and support the mobility team.Qualifications:

GED/High School Diploma, required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree, preferred.Minimum of 5 years relevant customer service experience within the relocation industry.Certified Relocation Profession (CRP), preferred.Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), preferred.Additional Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong decision-making ability using business facts and good judgment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing requirements.Understands accountability level, including responsibility to deliver results.Recognizes opportunities and initiates actions to capitalize on them.
