Danbury, CT office.This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to deliver mobility program management, real estate, expense management and reporting services for relocating transferees and their families.Position Responsibilities:Counsels transferees on policy benefits.Facilitates the home purchase/home sale process.Participates in required training initiatives to learn systems and processes.Counsels and assist with transferee expense submission.Collaborates with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and timely.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred2 years relocation industry and/or real estate industry experience2 years customer service experienceAdditional Qualifications:Excellent customer service and administrative skillsComputer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary softwareDemonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasksAbility to follow policies and proceduresGenuine desire to help othersTeam oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgencyDesire to embrace our core values: Client Focus, Results, Responsibility & Accountability, Collaboration and Innovation.
