Account Executive

in the

West Coast Region

(California, Arizona, and Colorado).The overall purpose of the Account Executive position is to contribute to the cash flow and profitability of the company by servicing existing accounts and developing new business in a designated territory.

Position Responsibilities

Sets annual targets and achieves gross profit goals.Develops relationships with major clients in order to increase gross profit. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and maintains existing account relationships.Builds network through in-person meetings, participation in professional groups or councils, cold calling, convention attendance, and other ongoing sales efforts.Leads best and final presentations and supports the RFP process.Traveling for a minimum of 12 trips per year.Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years sales experience within the relocation industry.Strategic territory management and tactical planning experience required.Proven track record of sales/account management success.Ability to plan, administer, schedule and control accounts.Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated ability to effectively present information to management, small groups, and customers.CRP Certification preferred.Additional Qualifications

Excellent customer service and administrative skills.Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks.Ability to follow policies and procedures.Can-do attitude.Genuine desire to help others.Team-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency.Desire to embrace our core values: Client Focus, Results, Responsibility & Accountability, Collaboration and Innovation.EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
