Juno Beach, FloridaOverview:Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.Present design solutions and research findings to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and setting realistic expectations.Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experience.Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital products.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.Work on-site at our Juno Beach office at least three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and demonstrating user-centered design principles.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Experience with user research methods and usability testing.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the utility industry or with energy-related applications.Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Our client is a leading utility company based in Juno Beach, Florida.
