Job Summary
The Digital Data Analyst contractor provides input and support for insights generation for digital experiences. This position collaborates with the data team to ensure effective delivery of digital experience insights. He/She provides knowledge, development, maintenance, and support for insights data-driven tools/processes using various MarTech applications.
Job Duties
Create, maintain, and publish & share insight dashboards using various tools.
Use applications such as Web Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, and Data Warehouse to investigate potential issues and gaps, and report back using the most applicable presentation tools.
Utilize data analytics & modeling skills to analyze digital, operational, session replay, VOC, customer call center, and other data sources to deliver insights that will improve digital experiences at UPS.
Understand how audiences are created in Adobe Audience Manager (DMP) and leverage these audiences for robust insights.
Use a website debugger to analyze the tagging on ups.com for troubleshooting and analytics planning.
Other Duties
Identify and work with all affected groups and functions to support project impact.
Research trends and best practices; develop industry knowledge and expertise.
Make decisions about prioritizing or planning own work.
Technical problem solving and analytical processes.
Maintain and apply specific knowledge of information systems elements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; data analytics degree is preferred.
Preferred knowledge: MarTech tools/knowledge, Adobe Analytics, Fullstory, Qualtrics, Microsoft Power BI.
3+ years of digital data analytics experience.
