City Experiences is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for our Information Technology operations.This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Node & React software engineer responsible for the development and maintenance of web applications aimed at ticketing solutions. Your primary focus will be development of APIs to interact with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure such as GraphQL and front-end React.js calls. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Design and build applications for the platformEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsCollaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new featuresIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automatizationAdditional job duties assignedRequirements & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of Node.js and React.jsProficient with JavaScript.Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standardsKnack for benchmarking and optimization.Knowledge of code versioning tools as Github and GitlabGrooming
