Practiced in 73 countries, Conscious Discipline training has equipped over 3.5 million educators and caregivers and has positively impacted over 20 million children.Conscious Discipline is seeking a proven, results-driven National Sales Manager to lead sales activities within the preK-12 market segment in the United States. This role will be individually responsible for driving revenue growth segment in the northern half of the US, while successfully managing and developing the sales skills of other sales development representatives to cover the entire country. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished team leader with a deep understanding of the preK-12 market, a proclivity to work in a small but growing education company, and a demonstrated track record of growing individual and team sales.Major ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales strategy for the United States that achieves revenue targets, expands market presence, and delivers rapid, sustainable growthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the preK-12 education sector through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activitiesManage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, district leaders, State Education Agency leaders and educational influencers, to expand market reach and drive sales growthLead and mentor a team of sales development representatives, providing training, coaching, and ongoing support to enhance their sales skills and performanceImplement best practices for pipeline management, sales forecasting, and territory planning to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness across your teamCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product development to align sales strategies with organizational objectives and customer needsAcquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and sales initiativesRepresent Conscious Discipline at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and build relationships with current and prospective clientsPreferred QualificationsProven success in preK-12 sales preferably within services or professional developmentDemonstrated experience managing and developing a sales teamHistorical track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growthSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for making a positive impact in educationMission focused and service mindedEffective remote leader with the ability to work across different United States time zones
