Reporting to the eCommerce Digital Shelf Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating our Digital Shelf presence across key online partners. This remote position requires a proactive and flexible problem solver who excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. (% of Time)Contribute to driving the eCommerce data strategy and roadmap by offering additional insights and suggestions for improvement while collaborating with external partners and vendors, assisting in project scoping, prioritization, and successful execution. Assist with the new product launch process in partnership with marketing to ensure seamless and timely launches. Participate in defining and designing integrations with other system/platform owners to standardize data methodologies for improved operations. Deliver relentless customer focus by maintaining catalog Accuracy & Integrity and ensuring proper publication for retailers. Regularly communicate team responsibilities and project progress to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members (50%).Assist with day-to-day management of content platforms, ensuring accurate and timely representation of product assortment additions and updates. Facilitate new item setups across multiple product categories while supporting existing items, focusing on quality, accuracy, and efficiency to deliver results. Build and deploy digital catalogs and materials necessary for viewing product assortment and attribution. Ensure accountability by syndicating A+ publishing capabilities, troubleshooting any functionality inputs, and managing asset linkage between systems for improved content presentation. Supplement existing processes for ingesting, maintaining, and updating product data across systems to ensure consistency (20%).Develop and refine SOPs for data collection and management, ensuring consistency and clarity in processes. Manage digital assets and metadata efficiently, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for streamlined content management automation. Conduct data analyses to drive decision-making and prioritize actions based on collected insights. Assist in product information management, contributing to the optimization of product data across platforms (20%).Verify and confirm all products are in an appropriate active state and troubleshoot any potential listing issues while ensuring optimal product visibility via multiple auditing software systems. Assist and supplement eCommerce merchandising operations processes, procedures, and reporting to further streamline operations. Develop the eCommerce organic search and content strategy to increase product awareness and drive conversion. Review SKUs of varying categories to assist with identifying additional growth opportunities. Collaborate effectively with retailers and cross-functional teams, providing internal and external recommendations to maximize content performance. Collaborate with Commerce Marketing Managers to create custom eCommerce content for digital activations. Collaborate with internal partners for online product setup process and content execution. Serve as a subject matter expert for eCommerce content best practices. Leverage digital shelf health tools to track compliance and performance of content. Seek out, review, and suggest personal, team or software development opportunities related to eCommerce and the Digital Shelf (10%).DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEIf you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:At least 1 year of exposure to content management, syndication, and basic analytics within relevant roles.1 year of assisting eCommerce Retailers (such as Amazon, Lowe’s, The Home Depot) in content management and support.Familiarity with analytics software like Price Spider or Salsify Insights, or similar entry-level analytics tools.Exposure to basic usage (at least 1 year) of DAM systems such as Widen, Acquia, or comparable systems.Engagement in cross-platform digital projects with limited groups of internal stakeholders.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications with foundational understanding.Experience balancing multiple projects with ability to pivot as required.Fundamental knowledge of PIM/Content Syndication Tools, preferably with basic exposure to Salsify or similar software.Ability to identify, articulate and communicate broad and succinct solutions to various groups.Limited experience in supporting and enhancing syndication processes and data workflows.Basic understanding of the product and asset lifecycle, taxonomy models, and content distribution practices.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, and hear, and sometimes walk and stand.
