Job TitleSenior Project Manager
What does a successful Senior Project Manager do at Fiserv?You will have an opportunity to work in close collaboration with senior business and technology leadership and drive multiple strategic programs across the organization.
What You Will DoDrive simple to complex, high priority projects or component phases of larger programs.Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.Lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, and occasionally cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure.
What You Will Need To Have10+ years of technical project management experience.Strong initiative and management skills.Experience ensuring project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed.Experience managing and driving: Project Schedule, Risk and Issue Management, Scope Change Management, and managing the project budget, including understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively.Ability to provide clear and concise project communication, both written and verbal.Experience facilitating and/or managing project communications and stakeholder, client, and project team expectations.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
What Would Be Great To HaveProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.Project management within the payments industry or related field.
