Job TitleManager Data Analysis I
What does a successful Manager, Data Analysis do at Fiserv?Possess strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets related to lead generation and sales disposition. They will utilize statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and predictive modeling to extract meaningful insights. These insights will identify bottlenecks, sales trends, and areas for improvement. The analytics and insights delivered by this role will be critical to improve campaign structures and sales models for new sales and cross-sales.
What You Will DoUtilize statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and predictive modeling to extract meaningful insights from sales-related data. Compares/contrasts results of different sales channels, sales models, campaign structures, lead lists, or combinations thereof.Proactively seek opportunities to enhance lead generation strategies using data visualization tools to increase performance.What You Will Need To HaveHigh School graduate/GED5 years of Data Analytics/business analytics experienceExperience in Financial Services Industry, 5 years preferredProficient in CRM platform (Salesforce, reporting, dashboards, & operational soundness), Power BI, SQL, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), MS ExcelCross-Channel analytics, ability to tell stories with data.What Would Be Great To HaveBachelor's DegreePalantir/Foundry, Python or other scripting languagesExperience in sales operations experienceThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
