Job TitleBusiness Intelligence Analyst
What does a successful Business Intelligence Analyst do at Fiserv?The Cyber Risk Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for performing data analysis, report development, building visualizations, and improving the information portal delivery. The role will be supporting the cybersecurity organization and technology/business partners across the firm. The person will be responsible for design and development of the web portal content to guide business activity. The ideal candidate will have the curiosity and skills to investigate the data from multiple angles, conduct research and identify trends while partnering with colleagues to match data from multiple resources to make recommendations. The candidate will have experience in building solutions based on KPIs and metrics.
What You Will Do
Design, build and deploy business intelligence solutions for the organization.Maintain and support data analytics platforms.Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.Collaborate with teams across the organization to manage information portal content and drive requirements for continual improvements and enhancements.Communicate internally to collect and validate data as well as answer questions regarding reports and data.Translate business needs to technical specifications.Build automation and additional efficiencies into manual reporting efforts.Help implement new practices, processes, and procedures.Create and maintain relevant documentation.What You Will Need To Have
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent and 7+ years relevant work experience7+ years’ experience on multiple (3+) BI related projects i.e. reporting, visualization, web portal5+ years’ experience with enterprise Power BI2+ years’ experience with additional BI tools (Looker/Grafana/Tableau)Experience developing and maintaining BI solutions for the organization.Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, preparing data visualizations, and correlating data to improve decision making ability.Experience with SharePoint online and Office 365/Power Platform tools and services (Power BI/Power Automate/Flow/Forms)Advanced level knowledge of SQL queries, performance optimization and data warehousing design principles.In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing, and ELT frameworks.Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable, clearly defined user stories.Leverage Jira to track requirements, prioritize features, curate content, sequence deliverables into sprints, and report progress.What Would Be Great To Have
