POSITION SUMMARY:Role Overview:

The Revenue Analyst position will be responsible for analyzing comprehensive company data, including various revenue streams and expenses, and developing and executing strategies with the goal of optimizing revenue generation for vacation rentals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role’s analytical insights will drive informed decisions that contribute directly to sustainable growth and profitability. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong desire for analytical thinking to make a significant impact within our dynamic and growing company environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Analysis :

Analyzing financial data including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Developing revenue forecasts and budgets on individual property and company levels based on historical data, market trends, and business projections.

Identifying and implementing strategies to maximize revenue generation, such as pricing optimization, upselling opportunities, and cost reduction initiatives.

Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of revenue-generating initiatives and recommending adjustments as needed to achieve financial goals.

Reviewing reservations as they come in to ensure they are following processes and procedures in place.

Building financial models to support strategic decision-making, scenario analysis, and forecasting.

Data Management :

Ensures accurate and efficient gathering of data from both external and internal sources.

Maintaining and organizing large datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information for analysis and reporting purposes.

Creation of a centralized data network for the purpose of retrieving information quickly for presentation.

Auditing property listing information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with systems, processes, and regulations.

Reporting :

Generating regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate financial performance, key metrics, and insights to stakeholders such as management, finance teams, department heads, and property owners/potential owners. These reports can vary from:

Personalized property analysis

Market trend outlook

Comparable property factors

Sales results and goal progression

Potential new market grading

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Working closely with departments across the organization, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to understand business dynamics and drive coordinated financial strategies.

Utilizing various technologies to better understand and improve current processes and systems across departments.

Process Improvement :

Continuously evaluating and improving financial processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's in Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Management Information Systems, Business Analysis, or Statistics is preferred.

A deep understanding of Microsoft Office / Google G-Suite applications:

Excel / Google Sheets

Word / Google Docs

PowerPoint / Google Slides

A high understanding of technology and the ability to learn new systems.

Vacation rental industry experience is desired.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.

Ability to work in an ever-changing environment while maintaining a high standard of service, strong work ethic, and a hospitality mindset.

A passion for and in-depth knowledge of the Siesta Key area and a quick learner about our properties and what we offer.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Annual Salary:

$40,000 - $50,000
