We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and model implementation using tools such as Anaplan. This individual will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of FP&A processes, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and has a proven track record of developing and managing complex financial models.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Modeling & Analysis:- Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models, primarily using Anaplan, to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes.- Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.- Collaborate with various business units to ensure accurate data inputs and drive alignment across departments.
Strategic Planning & Forecasting:- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.- Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.- Continuously improve forecasting models and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Anaplan Implementation & Optimization:- Lead the design and implementation of new models in Anaplan to support business needs.- Provide technical expertise in Anaplan development, maintenance, and optimization of existing models.- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth integration of Anaplan with other financial systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Partner with the Accounting, Operations, and Business Development teams to support their financial needs and ensure alignment across the company.- Work closely with leadership to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
Reporting & Presentations:- Create and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.- Prepare insightful financial analysis and business performance reviews to support key business initiatives.
