A renowned personal injury law firm in Century City, CA is searching for a talented Prelitigation Managing Attorney to join their dynamic team! They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of pre-litigation experience to supervise a team of 8 and have direct involvement with larger cases while managing and overseeing pre-litigation cases. This role is ideal for a team player with a strong work ethic. Pay Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 DOE
Responsibilities
Oversee and lead multiple teams, ensuring effective case management and team coordinationActively engage in significant cases, guiding the pre-litigation processEnsure comprehensive management of pre-litigation stages, maintaining high standards of case preparationCollaborate across various internal departments to streamline processes and negotiationsMonitor performance metrics of teams and departments, aiming to meet or exceed key performance indicatorsStrategize legal case approaches in collaboration with fellow attorneysPerform regular case reviews and facilitate team discussionsSupervise a substantial number of active cases, maintaining organizational oversightRequirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State BarMinimum of 3 years of experience in pre-litigation within personal injury lawEssential experience in representing plaintiffsCompetence in using specialized legal software and Microsoft OutlookHigh level of attention to detail and strong communication skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teamsBenefits
