The Senior Business Analyst - D365 F&O role is a position that will work with key business stakeholders and be responsible for the requirements gathering, business process design, development of use cases, testing, and post-production support of the company wide business applications. Must demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of Business Process workflow and a thorough understanding of the Information Technology development process. Project management responsibilities will be required on a limited basis and include providing coordination of all activities pertaining to project planning, estimating, resource allocation, software development, project status reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders.What you’ll be doing:

Gather business functional and reporting requirements with key subject matter experts (SMEs) through a variety of interviewing and facilitation techniques.Define requirements gathering and analysis standards to produce business analysis deliverables.Deliver project deliverables including entity model diagrams, detailed program specifications and project plans.Design with users by providing proof of concept of proposed solutions.Collaborate with technical architecture team on complex application implementations.Support the development team with Business System subject matter expertise throughout the development lifecycle.Manage the project lifecycle utilizing PMI’s project management framework.Implement and enforce standards and methodologies that pertain to quality, consistency, and accuracy of project design, development, testing and implementation.Conduct unit and systems testing.Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing.Provide system support to identify, provide technical expertise, track, and resolve system issues with users, technical resources and vendors.Manage IT Intake queue for requests related to their application and work with IT Development resources to categorize requests.Work with Business Requestors to create a business case for presentations at IT Steering committees.Develop business cases in partnership with appropriate stakeholders.Create training/onboarding plans for new hires and employees as needed.Assist BAs as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.What we’re looking for:

F&O application experience is a must.Years of experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations focusing on Finance modules.Ability to understand F&O customizations and their impact on functionality of integrated systems.Years of experience in a business environment where analysis, systems design and project management for medium and large application development projects was experienced.5 years of experience in business analysis, systems design and project management.Project life cycle experience is mandatory.A good working knowledge of system integrations and data modeling.Excellent understanding of business workflow.Ability to understand how technical solutions will fit into Park Place’s infrastructure.Ability to effectively work and interact with customers and team members.Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.Strong oral and written communication skills.Understanding of concepts of software development lifecycle.Strong management skills.Experience in conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.Bonus Points:
