Responsibilities:
As a member of the D365 Finance & Operations Center of Excellence, the D365 F&O IT Business Analyst will provide Level II support to the following business units:Sales and Customer ServiceProcurementResearch & Development and Manufacturing engineeringService DepartmentResponsibilities include ( but are not limited to ):Provide configuration support within the D365 solution for the above business units.Work with subject matter experts and key users on:documenting changes made to the D365 solution;creating Functional Design Documents for customizations requested to the D365 solution;creating test data and conducting tests for changes to D365 configuration to assure the solution performs to specifications; and,supporting subject matter experts in developing user instructions to enable end users to perform assigned business processes.
Perform analysis to determine inefficiencies in system performance.Specific Programs, ISVs, and module responsibilities include:D365 native product configuration settings and managementProcess Weaver / Xcarrier logistics ISV integrationD365 Workflow configuration and management (i.e. purchase requisition approval process)BlueStar engineering change managementData Masons (SPS Commerce) EDI integration (secondary support within IT)
Qualifications:
High degree of standard business practices understanding (i.e. Procure to Pay, Order entry to cash receipt).Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skills.Ability to work successfully with cross functional teams.Critical thinking and data analysis skills.Education/Experience:Required Education and Experience:BS Degree in Computer Information Systems or in a relevant business area is
required .
Internal Candidates may provide evidence of proven functional experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience with D365 Finance and Operations ERP is
required .Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams, etc. is
required .Preferred Experience:Experience with D365 module Retail and Commerce.Azure Dev Ops.Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant AssociateProject Management Professional (PMP)
