75Job Responsibilities:Partner with Kaleida's physician leader of anesthesia services to establish strategic direction and leadership over hospital-based inpatient and ambulatory-based outpatient anesthesia functions.Collaborate with site-based leadership to guide anesthesia operations.Work with system leaders to develop a system's approach to anesthesia services.Drive overall alignment of anesthesia services across inpatient and ambulatory settings.Minimum Qualifications:BS in business, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field required.Master's in business, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.10 years of increasingly responsible professional/management experience, including clinical operations, overseeing operational and capital budgets, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and anesthesia operations/leadership.2 years of process improvement experience preferred.Kaleida Health is committed to diversity and believes our workforce is strengthened by the inclusion of and respect for our differences.
