This is a temp position covering for maternity leave until end of year.The WWE Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) team provides critical financial analysis and planning support across multiple lines of business. The company is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional on a temporary basis for a 6-8 month engagement. This is an intensive support role within a multifaceted FP&A group that will provide deep analysis in a data driven environment to help drive company performance. This role will work with business leads and other finance stakeholders to conduct financial forecasting/budgeting and variance analyses across the company’s Talent Relations & Development, Global Partnerships, Live Events and Marketing areas. Furthermore, the role offers the opportunity to acquire a 'big picture' view of WWE and TKO performance, while at the same time improving processes to drive forecasting/budgeting efficiency and accuracy.Key Responsibilities

Support corporate planning processes – monthly forecast/accounting close cycle, and the annual operating budgetUse tools and systems to coordinate with the Insights & Analytics group to quickly access data and present significant, concise information to various levels of managementPrepare comprehensive financial models with a coordinated set of financial documents, assumptions, and metrics. Perform sensitivity analyses to assess reasonable range of outcomesAssist in special projects as needed for senior finance and business management deliverablesUnderstanding key business drivers while presenting operating/financial performanceAid in the development of thoughtful and easy-to-follow presentations to optimally communicate ideas to key partnersQualifications

Approximately 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Advertising & Sponsorship and/or Live Event finance experience highly preferredBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required. MBA preferredExperience with business financial analysis, including financial planning, and ongoing performance monitoring; strong understanding of general accounting standardsExcellent analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skillsOutstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities; possess high level of integrityStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsOutstanding skills with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)Financial database knowledge such as TM1, Hyperion, and Hubble a big plus
