Stains, mounts, screens, completes reports and studies human body cells to detect evidence of cancer and other pathological conditions, following established standards and practices.

Maintains proper care and operation of equipment such as microscope, centrifuge, cytospin, T2000 processor and computer.

Bachelor's Degree, certification from an accredited cytotechnology school and (eligible) registered with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.

Six months to one year experience in cytology procedures.
