Local Market Business Analyst

to join our Corporate Process Improvement Team in Olathe, KS! You will provide support to Business Analysts and management on process improvement projects to ensure successful project completion. Support may include, but is not limited to, documentation, training, and coordination.

Primary responsibilities:

When functioning as the Project Manager of a project responsibilities include but are not limited to, active management of the project; coordination of necessary resources and build/execution of the project plan.Position requires an active level of participation no matter the level of project assignment given whether it be supportive or lead.Work with stakeholders to identify and validate requirements for business cases.Document existing business data and determine how to improve existing business processes by gathering information and analyzing the business needs of the project.Provide support to end users and programmers in the improvement of DH Pace's ERPsystems.Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of the major software platforms that are utilized by the company and possess a solid understanding of how the platforms integrate amongst one another.Develop report requirements to include identification of data sources, data analysis, report layout, and auditing.Acquire and stay current with the company structure including reporting relationships, chain of command, and the products/services offered in order to effectively complete assigned projects.Develop, improve, manage and distribute information, including confidential information, to required stakeholdersAbility to work additional hours as requiredOther duties may be assigned.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred and two (2) years performing business systems analyst functions.Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel, SharePoint, and Visio.Strong analytical skills, communication and project management skills.Why DH Pace?
