Senior Compensation Specialist / Analyst - Corporate HR; position in Olathe, KS

Contribute your analytical skills and abilities as Senior Compensation Specialist / Analyst at DH Pace Company, Inc. Join our HR Department in Olathe, KS and influence our Compensation efforts of design, development, implementation, and communication of market competitive compensation programs as related to exempt and non-exempt compensation, as well as sales commission plans and bonus programs; union pay structures would be a plus, but not required.Point of contact and first-line support for compensation and researching and monitoring FLSA compliance for 3K+ employees in 24 states.Conduct regular review of compensation structure, benchmark jobs against market data to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness and recommend market-competitive compensation ranges to attract and retain top talent.Perform and lead compensation analysis, planning, design and implementation of market competitive programs.Participate in salary surveys, analyze and interpret survey results, and work with HR and Operational leaders to implement any necessary changes.Manage projects varying in size, complexity, and duration to include timely communication/updates with stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree (HR or Computer Science preferred) coupled with minimum four (4) years' compensation experience (preferred) to include: salary surveys, analyze and interpret market comp data; conduct analysis of job descriptions, comp ranges, evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness and FLSA compliance. Willing to evaluate other relevant data analysis experience such as business/accounting/finance/operations analytics coupled with minimum 2 year's Compensation experience and Advanced Excel skills.Accustomed to working accurately, confidentially, and comfortably with various levels of personnel and software systems and spreadsheets, to include proficiency with Excel (required). HR systems exp preferred.Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good writing skills and communicates clearly and effectively.Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire.GROWTH FOCUSED: DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products and commercial security products.
