Overview/ Job Responsibilities

As a Strategic Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our Digital Twin product portfolio, driving our sales success and shaping the future of our business. In this dynamic role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to develop strategic positions within new industries and markets and expand our footprint within our current ones. You'll be the face of our Digital Twin solution at industry conferences, handling all outbound and inbound sales leads, and relentlessly working to build new market share while nurturing and growing your book of business year-over-year.

Responsibilities:Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new industries and markets.Expand Market Presence: Increase our presence in existing industries and markets to drive growth.Manage Sales Leads: Handle all outbound and inbound sales leads, focusing on high conversion rates and client satisfaction.Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Market Share Growth: Continuously work on building new market share while growing and nurturing your book of business.Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Sales Roadmap Development: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop a comprehensive sales roadmap aligned with strategic goals.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, informing sales strategies.Client Engagement: Develop tailored engagement plans for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to senior management on sales performance and projections.Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Trusted Advisor: Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organizationExperience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teamsExperience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationshipsExperience achieving sales targetsThe ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around ITExperience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environmentDemonstrated experience in SaaS product launch.Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success.Desired Qualifications

Exposure to both Commercial and Government contracting is highly preferred.Ability to travel up 50% of the time.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
