Sev1Tech is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Data Analyst to support our meshONE-T program by analyzing maintenance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This position plays a critical role in optimizing maintenance processes, improving system reliability, and supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the broader meshONE capability, supporting the United States Air Force, United States Space Force, and their mission partners.

Job Overview

As a Maintenance Data Analyst, you will:

• Collect, clean, and analyze maintenance data to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve asset management and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis of maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in maintenance management systems.
• Assist in optimizing maintenance workflows and resource allocation based on data analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS, EAM, REMIS, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance methodologies and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer-facing interpersonal skills.

Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Eligible.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 DOE
