Role Responsibilities:
• Assist the legal team with all aspects of litigation management including assisting with document gathering, fact finding and witness coordination
• Draft litigation holds and manage the litigation hold process
• Conduct legal research and fact investigations as assigned
• Draft basic legal documents like separation agreements
• Analyze and respond to subpoenas
• Organize and maintain investigation and litigation files including maintaining an accurate database of all litigation matters
• Assist with invoice and settlement processing

Requirements:
• Two or four-year college degree
• Completion of paralegal school/certification preferred
• Minimum of five years paralegal experience
• In-house paralegal experience, especially related to employment law, strongly preferred
• Experience in handling a broad range of litigation matters
• Proven ability to work independently and successfully set up, handle and manage a caseload and/or multiple assignments
• Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills
• Facility with Microsoft Office including Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and other applications and tools
• A commitment to excellence and quality of work
• Ability to coordinate and work with internal clients (at all levels in the organization), outside counsel, and vendors (including those associated with electronic discovery) and others associated with litigation matters
• Sound discretion and judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to be a team player willing to assist with other assignments, projects, cases and matters within the Litigation & Employment Group.

Compensation:

The total compensation range for the position (base salary plus bonus opportunity) is between $110,000 and $132,000 and includes benefits.
