The Experience Designer provides user-centered interaction and visual design methodology to improve usability, enhance appeal, and maximize functionality provided through the interaction between the customer and a product or service, addressing all aspects of a product or service as perceived by users.Who You Are

Proactive, self-motivated, positive, curious, detailed, passion for the userDetail-orientedSolid understanding of user experience process and deliverablesBig picture, forward thinkerStrong communication skillsAble to present and speak to your design decisions and answer the "why"Doesn't hesitate to use dry-erase markers when the time is rightComfortable using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.Working knowledge of responsive design and related best practicesKeeps current with design trends and best practicesComfortable working both remote and onsiteSeeks feedback from more senior designersResponsibilities:

Explore different ways to solve problems while identifying pros and cons, questions, and/or implicationsCollaborate with multi-disciplinary teamsWork through design problems from concept to launch while designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize themCollaborate with UXD researcher on research plan, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, etc.Design workflows and detailed interactive prototypesQualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in responsive design, visual design or related field.2+ years of experience with responsive design and related best practices as well as with designing enterprise web applications.2+ years of experience creating UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, user journeys, sitemaps, personas, high fidelity designs, Figma prototypes, etc.Comfortable using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.Working Conditions:
