The Digital Product Manager is a key leader in the Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end product vision of Hallmark’s omnichannel strategy.

They collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and translate business use cases into product requirements creating innovative digital experiences that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

What Your Role Entails And How You'll Contribute

As a Digital Product Manager , you will work closely with merchandising, business strategy, research, and analytics teams to gain a deep understanding of the business, customer, market, and competition. You’ll lead and conduct research and analysis of data across multiple sources then use to drive product decisions and influence across the enterprise.

In this role, you will lead the work to deliver new direct to consumer (D2C) omnichannel capabilities and enhanced user experiences – working collaboratively with business and technology partners to deliver best-in-class products, services, and experiences within a variety of technology platforms. You will align stakeholders to develop a long and short-term omnichannel product roadmap supporting the business strategy, prioritize high impact work, define and negotiate minimum viable product (MVP) and maintain a robust product backlog.

Candidates must have strong communication with the ability to condense complex technical concepts into concise non-technical language. They should have a proven record of leading numerous, concurrent complex projects with multiple business partners, business acumen and the ability to present plans and opportunities with individuals at higher levels in the organization. They must exhibit corporate & interpersonal savvy and confidence leading technical projects under tight budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Define product visions and product roadmap that synthesize the needs of business.Prioritize product features, create epics and user stories and collaborate with agile development team to efficiently deliver quality products that align with business goals and drive value.Create a robust product backlog enabling the agile team to continually deliver business value every sprint.Manage progress and status communication with leadership teams and extended stakeholder teams across multiple functional areas.Gather, analyze, and use data to define KPIs, drive requirements build business cases and measure product performance.Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years’ professional work experienceAt least 3 years’ experience in a digital product development environment in a product owner or product manager roleKnowledge of direct-to-consumer (D2C) and mass-omni business strategies and processesExperience with agile development methodologyExperience in data gathering and using data to drive decisioningPreferred Qualifications

3-7 years’ experience in an omnichannel product management roleStrong storytelling skills with the ability effectively communicate cross-functionally across all levels of the organization.Experience working with direct-to-consumer (D2C) mass omni channel retailers, Manhattan Order Management System (OMS) and Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMOS)Demonstrated experience leading numerous, concurrent and technically complex products partnering with multiple stakeholders with competing prioritiesProven background in collaboration and creative problem solving to deliver upon business objectives and strategies.Experience using data to define business value, define priority, and manage trade-offs against competing priorities.Additional Details

This position is mainly remote, with travel to headquarters in Kansas City, MO at least twice annually.
