With a consumer-first focus this group delivers impactful digital solutions that have a direct impact on consumer brand engagement and retention in the digital space, which results in revenue growth and brand relevance.The **Digital Delivery Manager** plays a lead role working with teams to ensure that technology products / features get implemented in an optimized way. The delivery manager is familiar and knowledgeable about the Digital products they are supporting and develops strong relationships with the Product Manager(s) they support to get product delivered in a timely manner with high quality. The delivery manager is also a team process coach (Scrum master, Agile Coach) responsible for process health results (the quality of collaboration across the whole team, the removal of impediments that slow down the team, and the coaching and improvement of everyone on the team). The Delivery Manager is also responsible for managing releases in a way that that merges features from potentially multiple Product Managers to optimize the end results. The Delivery Manager role will remove obstacles that could prevent product release, ultimately executing to deliver the product.**Integration Management Responsibilities** Responsible for managing a release at a time that merges feature from multiple product managers. Appropriate application and integration of multiple product team features releases while balancing competing constraints, which include, but are not limited to: scope, quality, schedule, and risk. This includes applying knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to integration activities to meet product release requirements.**Process Health Results Responsibilities** Delivery manager as team process coach (Scrum master, Agile Coach) is responsible for process health results (the quality of collaboration across the whole team, the removal of impediments that slow down the team, and the coaching and improvement of everyone on the team). This includes the consistent and sustainable application of Lean/Agile principles, Decision Making Model, and never losing sight of total cost of ownership (TCO).**Delivery Effectiveness Responsibilities** Applying key competencies maximizing effectiveness in achieving results and desired outcomes. Remove obstacles that could prevent product release, ultimately executing to deliver the product. Facilitation of decisions and trade-off choices, as required, to deliver against timelines and influence stakeholder navigation of complex issues and ambiguity.*This is a remote work opportunity - which may occasionally involve travel to either our Santa Monica, CA or Kansas City Headquarter offices.
