As a member of our firm, you will handle a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, wrongful death, personal injury, commercial disputes, insurance defense, and more. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and take on challenging cases through trial and appeal.Requirements
At least 1 to 5 years of experience in some or all of the following substantive areas:
Premises, auto or products liability, healthcare, wrongful death and personal injury
Experience in managing a litigation caseloadExperience drafting legal documents, such as briefs, motions and discovery requestsExperience conducting research on legal issues associated with the caseAppearance at hearings, depositions and trialsExcellent analytical, research and writing skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including communicating with clients, team and partners and providing timely reporting and appearances in courtActive member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.Benefits:
