We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Admin to manage our revenue system platforms and support integrations. You will be responsible for LiveU's revenue systems supporting America’s operations including structure setup, reporting, integrations, and system training. Responsibilities:Design and implement processes and systems to improve sales/revenue operations efficiency.Monitor and analyze sales operations metrics to ensure the strategic objectives of the business are met.Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team members to ensure successful sales operations and pipeline accuracy.Develop and execute an effective sales operational strategy for the organization.Maintain the Salesforce platform, regularly updating and customizing the platform to align with business processes, practices, and needs.Assist with data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and consistency (develop data quality initiatives, including deduplication, data enrichment, and regular data maintenance).Implement workflow rules and automations to streamline business operations and processes.Maintain reports and dashboards to provide insight into business performance, sales representative performance, and sales pipeline management.Build customized reports for the SVP of Americas to meet specific requirements and needs.Work with the respective technical teams to integrate Salesforce with our other systems and applications, such as our website and tech stack.Regularly test and maintain quality checking data flow between the website and other integrated apps and our CRM system.Occasionally provide training and support to end users on sales tools (Salesforce, etc.) functionality, best practices, and new features.Address other teammates’ inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to sales processes and systems.Keep up to date with regulations that impact sales tools (e.g., SPAM guidelines regulated by the FTC) and offer solutions and updated practices.

RequirementsExcellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales & Marketing Operations, processes, and systems (sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, territory management, and sales quotas).Experience (3+ years) managing Salesforce Pipeline. Salesforce Administration certification is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with facilitating and leading classroom and live webcast delivery.Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions.Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
