Assume full responsibility for a client's case, overseeing all aspects such as discovery, pleadings, motions, expert involvement, depositions, mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trial proceedings.Conduct consultations and client meetings, providing strategic recommendations.Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants and manage their performance.Navigate the courtroom confidently and exhibit competence when interacting with individuals on behalf of our clients.Contribute to case strategy development by researching and locating relevant rules of procedure and case law to support the chosen approach.Interpret financial statements, grasp equitable distribution principles, and construct custody access plans.Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
