The Senior Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Broker Team by providing strong technical expertise and administrative services relevant to account placement and client service activitiesInputs and updates current client information in all required systemsWorks with retail agency personnel & underwriters to ensure accurate account informationPrepares accounts for renewal process, and may solicit new or renewal businessPrepares market submissions and quote cover letters to AgentsReviews policies, procedures, and other incoming documentation for accuracyFulfills account transactions, internal processing, and necessary document preparation, e.g., endorsements, change forms, invoices, etc.Resolves invoicing issues with Premium AccountingCommunicates with Premium Accounting regarding notices of cancellationEnsures claim notifications are sent to the claims departmentPrepares reports, submissions, cover letters, and reviews policy for accuracyOther relevant duties as assignedPosition Summary
