Sales Operations Specialist , you will help assist the commercial team during all stages of the sales cycle to maintain sales forecasting, planning, and order processes. You will be accountable for maintaining day-to-day sales operations tasks, including data analysis, CRM and CLM management, sales reporting, customer service support, and collaboration with sales teams.

What You Will Be Doing

Become a subject matter expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management).

Maintain Salesforce (SFDC) platform, including reporting and dashboards, leveraging Einstein analytics.

Drive sales activities and facilitate pipeline management. Aid in the order process, including Order Acceptance Testing (OAT) support.

Update and maintain accounts and territory information. Design and maintain dashboards for sales metrics and performance tracking.

Guide weekly booking updates, FPS/MPS reports, and operational updates.

Review and improve sales processes, including usage reporting and data quality control.

For the financial operations, accountable for assisting with booking & revenue forecast, target settings/updates & incentives, cost management, and data quality control for the region.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential

Comprehension of Salesforce (SFDC) platform, reporting, dashboards, and sales financial operations.

Knowledge of how to build strong relationships with commercial teams and key stakeholders.

Strong comprehension of finance and budgeting, with experience in incentives, sales forecasting, and target setting.

Exceptional analytical and critical thinking techniques with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Desirable

Awareness of the HR market and trends.

Experience with HCM SaaS industry.

The candidate must have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
