About the Role
We seek a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive sales efficiency and customer engagement. In this role, you will manage leads and opportunities, maintain customer data, support follow-ups, and assist in shaping our order, inventory, and pricing strategies. You will work closely with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Opportunity Management : Maintain and oversee CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of sales leads and opportunities across different deal stages, providing visibility for the sales team and supporting pipeline forecasting.
- Customer Engagement & Follow-up : Monitor client activity and follow up with customers who have shown inactivity (e.g., no response or product use for 2-3 months), helping to re-engage clients and uncover potential upsell or retention opportunities.
- Customer Data Management : Ensure data consistency and integrity across CRM and internal systems, keeping customer records clean, up-to-date, and reliable for reporting, decision-making, and performance analysis.
- Order & Inventory Strategy : Assist in the development and execution of order processing and inventory management strategies, helping ensure smooth operations, timely order fulfillment, and optimal stock levels.
- Pricing Strategy Support : Collaborate with sales and finance teams to review and analyze pricing models, providing insights and recommendations that contribute to the optimization of pricing strategies and revenue growth.
- Sales Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the sales and operational workflows, proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance team productivity and overall sales effectiveness.
- Client Communication : Draft and send follow-up emails to clients, support outreach initiatives, and ensure timely, professional communication to maintain strong client relationships and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Comfortable working with sales data and generating reports.
- Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and external client follow-ups.
- Preferred: Experience in the payments or fintech industry.
