You’ll be responsible for supporting leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities. And we’ll require you to work with agency team leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience.What it takes:Excellent understanding of digital marketplace and ad formatsHighly effective communication skillsAbility to think strategically, creatively, and collaborativelyCandidates should demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables and ensure that projects are executed on time and on budgetFollow up with the clients on outstanding issues and questionsPrepare weekly status reportsSet up weekly project status callsDocument all calls and meetingsPartner with team to efficiently manage the project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of all deliverablesReview all deliverables and aggregate team feedbackManage submission processSchedule and attend project-related presentationsCommunicate client changes and rationale to internal team following client reviewsPrepare financial worksheets and reportsRequirements:2+ years advertising agency experienceExperience in pharmaceutical or healthcareMedia experience is a plusBachelor’s degreeFamiliarity with pharmaceutical medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and systemsAbility to travel locally to clientsDon’t meet every single requirement?
