This person will be expected to attend special meetings and events at the office, in addition to client visits in the Cedar Knolls area, a few times per month.Objectives of This Role:

This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You’ll be responsible for supporting leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities. We’ll require you to work with agency team leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience. You will master day-to-day account management skills and begin developing mentoring and management skill sets.Duties and Responsibilities:

Excellent understanding of digital marketplace and ad formatsHighly effective communication skillsAbility to think strategically, creatively, and collaborativelyPrioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables and ensure that projects are executed on time and on budgetFollow up with the clients on outstanding issues and questionsPrepare weekly status reportsSet up weekly project status callsDocument all calls and meetingsPartner with team to efficiently manage the project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of all deliverablesReview all deliverables and aggregate team feedbackManage submission processSchedule and attend project-related presentationsCommunicate client changes and rationale to internal team following client reviewsExperience preparing financial worksheets and reportsAssist in planning and coordinating across functional areas of the agencyHelp to ensure effective delivery of projects and seamless communicationWork on multitasking skills and ability to run multiple projects and priorities with a sense of easeAttend meetings and capture notes and action items for the teamSupport the account team in brand plan coordination as neededSupport the account team to help coordinate workshops and brainstorming meetings internally and with the clientDevelop strategic and actionable project briefsActively monitor the headlines for current brand and competitor news, trends, and white space opportunityJob Requirements:

4 years of advertising agency experience requiredExperience in pharmaceutical or healthcareDemonstrate strong written and verbal skillsMedia experience is a plusBachelor’s degreeFamiliarity with pharmaceutical medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and systems (Veeva)Ability to travel locally to clients
