Here, creativity happens naturally—we attract top talent and give them a space to grow and collaborate.Objectives of This Role:A senior project manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers, and planning the project release. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving Fingerpaint’s company goals and vision.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and assist in development of projects and programs that will establish quality objectivesManage teams through all phases of life cycle development, including analysis, project design and development, testing periods, installation, and final deliveryOversee a department and team of project managers, including budget management, scheduling, and risk analysisInterface directly with managers, employees, vendors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectationsCreate a work plan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and risk factorsIdentify complex risks, lead reviews, create risk mitigation, and implement action plansManage multiple projects individually and as a team, all simultaneouslyProtect confidential and sensitive informationEnhance company and department reputation by accepting ownership, exploring new possibilities, and adding value to the organizationMaintain a strong understanding of business strategies, goals, and missionsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a technical area of study5+ years of project management experiencePMP certification preferred, but not required3+ years in a supervisory roleExperience in planning projects with large data sets and making decisions for data-driven analyticsDemonstrated communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate ideasProven leadership skillsAbility to balance and prioritize multiple projects and prioritiesStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelinePreferred Qualifications:Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationshipsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTeam management and leadership skillsDocumentation management and ability to use project management toolsAttention to details even under pressureTime management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
