Description/Expectations:
Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking enthusiastic knowledgeable beer lovers to join our Brand Ambassador team! Brand Ambassadors act as the face of Wormtown and Jack’s Abby - engaging with and educating the public at tastings, events, and festivals. This job is the perfect way for a craft beer enthusiast to break into the industry on a part-time basis. This position is paid hourly and requires evening and occasional weekend availability. This position starts at $25/hour. $10 stipend for travel over an hour total to & from tastings, agreed in advance. $25 stipend post tasting for communication and performance as outlined by sales managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend and pour beer samples at retail tastings and craft beer events or festivals as scheduled by Sales Representatives and Sales ManagersEngage with shoppers, festival attendees, and the general public to spread the word about Jack’s Abby and our lagersSign patrons up for our newsletter and social media pagesPerform at least one event per monthHave fun!
Job Requirements:
Interpersonal and public speaking skills - an ideal candidate considers themselves someone who could “talk to anyone”A flexible schedule with evening and occasional weekend availabilityAn interest in craft beerReliable personal transportationMust be 21+TIPS certified - we will cover your training and certification cost!
