PGIM Custom Harvest is looking for an experienced Client Service Associate to focus on Retail Separately Managed Accounts. The Client Service Associate will work to strengthen relationships and ensure that clients are satisfied.PGIM Custom Harvest, a division of PGIM Investments, is a pioneer in the development of tax-beneficial investment strategies using exchange-traded-funds (ETFs) for clients seeking improved after-tax outcomes. We provide full exposure to a client-selected benchmark while generating tax alpha through customized separately managed account (SMA) portfolios of ETFs. PGIM Custom Harvest manages $2.4 billion on behalf of a wide range of RIAs and Wealth Managers.What You Can Expect

Development and review of client transition proposals with financial advisors for prospective clientsPerform new account analysis and coordinate acceptanceLiaison with FA/clients as well as internal stakeholdersRespond to account related inquiries arising from Client PortalEnsure the resolution of Financial Advisor/Client inquiries and requests.What You Will Bring

Demonstrated knowledge of retail separately managed accounts and direct indexing4+ years of experience in client services within investment management, brokerage, or capital marketsKnowledge of financial regulations and best practicesFINRA 7 & 66 licensesStrong knowledge of portfolio constructionWhat Will Set You Apart

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $125,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.About PGIM Investments
