Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Web Analytics & UX analytics for HE IM marketing purposes

Deep partnership with HE’s Digital S.com Marketing team for site content strategy and site information architecture of web site journey, pages and content modules.

Define HE IM business or product requirements for build teams to actualize

Develop and execute a comprehensive web analytics data strategy to optimize content, UX, CX and web performance / insights

Partner, build and manage best-in-class Web Reporting with appropriate teams

Own HE IM’s web site Customer Journey, Page Analytics, Pathing, Content and Engagement Analytics, Search Analytics, etc.

Proficient in Communication & Presentation skills for Data/Web Analysis, Setup A/B testing practices/ Pre-Post analysis, Web Analytics tool like: Omniture, Google analytics, DXT etc.

Build and manage best-in-class Web Reporting

Create and maintain internal repository of dashboards, workspaces & reports

Strong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders

Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Tableau/SQL and well verse with Adobe analytics

Drive data thought leadership and create end to end Web Reporting standards

Proactively identify gaps and provide tagging requirements

Implement best practices for analytics, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our capabilities

Lead, collaborate and participate in highly functional and agile cross functional analytics & data teams

Manage & execute opportunities for test & learn program, and personalization

Develop Analytics project plans & manage partners & stakeholders’ participation & contributions

Support senior leadership team for any communication and presentation needs

Manage & support digital agency of record, and vendor partners

Knowledge, Education And/Or Experience:

Deep experience in marketing content + pairing with ecommerce & merchandising programs; Consumer electronics industry a plus

Deep experience in Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Tealium products (or similar)

Experience in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Test & Target (or similar)

Comfortable in executing / monitoring multiple initiatives & projects simultaneously

Proficient in managing stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying problems & communications

Management consulting mind-set and growth mind-set

Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in communication & management to lay people (data analysis using excel, AA workspaces, tableau)

Exceptional communication skills with ability to effective partnerships at all levels of the organization

Structured and process-oriented approach to solve business and operational problems with a highly agile approach

Ability to operate seamlessly in a matrix organization and manage stakeholder across multiple lines of businesses

Strong project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and excellent multitasking skills

Deep experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Fluency in Confluence, JIRA a plus
