The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and experience in disability law, social security, and EAJA Fee Petitions. This role presents a unique opportunity to work on diverse and complex legal issues, advocate for clients, and make a significant impact in their lives. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry, preferably in a similar role.Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients with disability law-related issues.Handle all aspects of social security claims, including initial filings, appeals, and hearings.Prepare and submit EAJA Fee Petitions in a timely and efficient manner.Conduct comprehensive and detailed legal research to support case preparation and representation.Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective strategies and legal arguments.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal practices.Provide clear, concise, and comprehensive legal advice to clients.Maintain the highest level of professional and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.Qualifications:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in disability law, social security, and EAJA Fee Petitions.Current license to practice law in the United States.Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.High ethical standards and professional integrity.Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated commitment to client service and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for clients.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to make a significant impact in the lives of clients while working in a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
