We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and experience in disability law, social security, and EAJA Fee Petitions. This role presents a unique opportunity to work on diverse and complex legal issues, advocate for clients, and make a significant impact in their lives. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry, preferably in a similar role.Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients with disability law-related issues.Handle all aspects of social security claims, including initial filings, appeals, and hearings.Prepare and submit EAJA Fee Petitions in a timely and efficient manner.Conduct comprehensive and detailed legal research to support case preparation and representation.Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective strategies and legal arguments.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal practices.Provide clear, concise, and comprehensive legal advice to clients.Maintain the highest level of professional and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in disability law, social security, and EAJA Fee Petitions.Current license to practice law in the United States.Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.High ethical standards and professional integrity.Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated commitment to client service and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for clients.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to make a significant impact in the lives of clients while working in a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
