Assist with creating and implementing wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and family-office planning.Have 2-5 years of sophisticated income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning experience for high-net-worth individuals.Prior experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, and irrevocable trusts, such as intentionally defective grantor trusts, is required.Experience with probate and trust and estate administration is preferred.Prior law firm practice experience is a must.Must possess superior writing capabilities and thorough legal research prowess.Requirements:

Strong academic credentials with a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and an active member in good standing in the Florida bar.2-5 years of sophisticated income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning experience.Prior experience in drafting estate planning documents.Experience with probate and trust and estate administration.Prior experience in law firm private practice.Degree in accounting, CPA license, or LL.M. in Tax strongly preferred.Excellent academic and employment credentials.Superior writing capabilities and thorough legal research prowess.Why Join BPE?
