We value our employees, and we like to promote from within, so as the company continues to grow so can you.The OpportunityWe are looking for an Account Executive to work in a remote setting focusing on outbound calls and/or inbound leads, and establishing broker relationships to originate NON QM Investor Residential loans.As an Account Executive with Visio, you will contribute to the Sales Department by:Working in a remote setting focused on inbound leads to originate loansOriginating a portfolio of mortgage loans through the identification and development of relationships with realtors, mortgage brokers, and investorsManaging a pipeline with multiple prospectsAnalyzing potential loan markets and developing referral networks to locate prospects for loansRecruiting and managing referral sourcesIdentifying and creating new referral lead sourcesArticulating a high level of understanding of real estate investors’ needsEducating and guiding customers on registering on the VFS websiteUnderstanding customer needs and helping them select a loan product that would help them meet their goalsWorking with management to actively project closed loan volume and consistently meet funding goalsRemaining a front-line contact for customersDeveloping and applying strategy and tools to ensure exceptional customer experienceExhibiting strong initiative and attention to detailWorking effectively in a collaborative work environmentEngaging in a planned program of self-development and trainingWorking with management and team members to develop professional relationshipsWork Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm CSTAvailable Remote Locations: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, NC, OH, SC, TX, UT, WISalary Range: Base Salary + Commissions (OTE First year = $100k plus, even top performers can earn over $400K)What We Are Looking ForSomeone with 2 years of sales experienceSomeone with a High school diploma/GED equivalentSomeone with knowledge of Microsoft Office productsSomeone with the ability to use standard office equipmentSomeone who is a self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, passionate, high achieving, and hardworkingInternal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months.Visio Financial Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
