Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Event Coordinator to join our Pattern Promotions team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events that align with our client’s goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and promotions while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
Coordinate event logistics, including registration, catering, and transportation
Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure event success
Prepare and distribute promotional materials and communications
Monitor and manage event budgets and expenses
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
Assist in post-event reporting and evaluation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for event planning
