Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Call Executive to join our team. As a Customer Call Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
