Join us as a Sales Operations Specialist working out of your home office in the United States. Due to team location, we are seeking those in EST or CST zone accordingly.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into actionable processes, implementing policies, tracking initiatives, and ensuring accountability for adherence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for optimizing operations.

What You Will Do In This RoleDevelop and implement policies and processes within the frameworks of business development, account management, and customer success.Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and implementation of policies and processes within Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, and other CRM/Sales tools.Drive the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall performance within these functional areas.Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and identify areas for improvement.Provide training and support to teams to ensure understanding and compliance with policies and processes within the designated frameworks.Maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and process workflows, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

What The Ideal Candidate Will Need To HaveBachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred). We will consider applicable experience in place of education.Proven experience in policy development, process improvement, and project management within the BDR, account management, and customer success frameworks.Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC), SalesLoft, and other CRM/Sales tools, with experience in implementing policies and processes within these platforms.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
