Manage a caseload of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phaseConduct legal research, investigations, and evaluations for claims and defensesDraft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefsStrategize and analyze negotiations, settlement offers, and demandsCollaborate with a supportive team, including case managers and legal support staffConduct medical case reviews and communicate with clients regarding their casesStay up-to-date on legal developments affecting personal injury trial practiceRequirements
J.D. and active license to practice law in Texas with a good standing0-5 years of personal injury experienceWillingness to travel to Amarillo once or twice a monthBenefits
